Walt Wruble CFI, PI,
Accident and Fire Investigator & Private Investigator,
Walt has over 35 years of Investigation experience as a
Police Officer, Sheriff Deputy, and Fire Investigations
Supervisor/Trainer with the Washington State Department
of Natural Resources. Walt has a Bachelor of Science degree
from Washington State University. He is also a Certified
Fire Investigator, and Fire Investigator Instructor.
Walt is past President of the International Association
of Arson Investigators (WA Chapter), and current Member
of the Int'l Wildfire Arson Committee for IAAI. Walt has
investigated over 1,100 wildland & structure fires,
as well as numerous civil and criminal cases on state lands.
Bob Kaul, Liquid Propane & Natural Gas
Fire & Explosion Expert. Bob has over 45 years experience
in the LP and Natural Gas Industry, working for this regions
largest gas and electric utility. Bob was a gas serviceman
for many years, and developed plus implemented employee
safety education and training for the gas engineering department.
Bob, through HVAC Industries, has helped develop State and
National construction and safety standards that apply to
utilities, residential, commercial, and industrial users
of gas equipment. Bob has been a gas fire & explosion expert
since 1974, and has extensive court testimony experience.
Dave Ferguson CFEI - Certified Fire and Explosion
Investigator / Private Investigator. Dave is a Certified
fire and Exposion Investigator through the National
Association of Fire Investigators. Dave is also a Licensed
Private Investigator and has been a firefighter for
12 years. His cause and origin training includes fire investigation
classes from the National Fire Academy. Plus advanced fire
investigation classes from the Washington State and International
Chapters of the International Association of Arson Investigators.
Dave is a member of the Tri County Fire Investigation Task
Force in Region 8 (Washington State).
Harold Kellams, CFEI, PI. Harold is a Certified
Fire and Explosion Investigator through the National Association
of Fire Investigators. He is also a Licensed Private Investigator.
Harold has over 30 years of experience as a Professional
Fireman. . He has assisted or been the lead fire investigator
in over 2,000 investigations including commercial, residential,
wild land, and vehicle fires. He has extensive training
in fire cause and origin. He is currently a member of NAFI,
IAFF, Northwest Fire Investigators, and IAAI International
and state chapters. Harold has been Owner/Operator of Spokane
Valley Tankers, a Wildland Fire Suppression Company, also
holding a board position with Northwest Contract Firefighters.
Lionel Greenwood, Insurance Consultant.
Lionel has been in the Insurance Industry for over 30 years
as a Manager, and Supervisor with a top 10 National Casualty
Insuror, and as part Owner plus Officer of one of this areas
largest Insurance Brokerage Companies. Lionel's specialty
is his extensive knowledge of complex Insurance contracts,
coverage, and world wide insurance markets. Lionel evaluates
Bad Faith, and Errors / Ommissions cases. He will also consult
with commercial business owner's as to their insurance needs.
Paul Greif - Private Investigator. Paul is
a Vietnam Combat Veteran. Paul was educated at Gonzaga University,
and also has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree
in Marketing plus a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern
Washington University. He has been a long time Spokane business
owner. Paul is a Licensed Private Investigator. He specializes
in general plus insurance investigations, people locating,
surveillance, and custodial child recovery.
Patricia O'Brien- Private Investigator. Patti's
back ground includes working in the traffic and narcotics
bureau of a city police department, human resources manager
for a manufacturing company, and plant security supervisor
and trainer. She has been a Licensed Private Investigator
for ten years in our area, working for the same investigation
company. Patti conducts investigations of all types including
family law, child custody, elder care, and insurance accidents.
She is a tremendous asset for law firms in need of litigation
support for large value cases.
Bob Ward AIC, GCA, FCLA - Insurance Claims
Investigator/Adjuster. Bob has a BA in Business Administration
from Eastern Washington University. He has worked in the
insurance claims industry as a claims investigator, adjuster
and property specialist for over 35 years. Bob has had extensive
industry training and holds these designations: Associate
in Claims, Graduate of Claims Administration, and Fraud
Claims Law Associate. He started with one of the largest
independent adjusting companies in the nation, and just
retired from one of the largest national property and casualty
companies as a senior general adjuster handling large loss
liability claims.
Arlie Heil - Insurance Claims Investigator/Adjuster.
Arlie has a BA in Psychology from the University of Montana.
He has worked in the insurance claims industry as a claims
investigator, adjuster, and property specialist for over
35 years. He has always worked for independent claims adjusting
companies in this capacity. Recently Arlie was an estimator
and crew supervisor for one of our areas largest general
and restoration contractors.
Jerry
Kirkwood - Work Comp and OSHA Accident Specialist.
Jerry has 42 years of experience in the Electric and Natural
Gas Industry while working for this areas largest Electric
and Gas Utility. He has been an electric Journyman Lineman,
Serviceman, and Foreman. Jerry was Safety Coordinator, Administrator,
and Manager of that utility's Safety and Health Department.
Jerry conducts investigations involving employee accidents,
workers comp claims, and OSHA citations. Jerry has been
actively involved in regulation development of State and
Federal safety codes, through state committees, and the
Edison Electric Institute.
Jerry is past President of the Association of Washington
Business (AWB). Since 1995, Jerry has conducted independant
accident investigations in MT, OR, ID, CA, and Utah. Jerry
has extensive litigation case experience.
