Bob Kaul, Liquid Propane & Natural Gas
Fire & Explosion Expert. Bob has over 45 years experience
in the LP and Natural Gas Industry, working for this regions
largest gas and electric utility. Bob was a gas serviceman
for many years, and developed plus implemented employee
safety education and training for the gas engineering department.
Bob, through HVAC Industries, has helped develop State and
National construction and safety standards that apply to
utilities, residential, commercial, and industrial users
of gas equipment. Bob has been a gas fire & explosion expert
since 1974, and has extensive court testimony experience.
Dave Ferguson, CFEI,
PI, - Dave is a Certified
Fire and Exposion Investigator through the National
Association of Fire Investigators. Dave is also a Licensed
Private Investigator and has been a firefighter
for 14 years. His cause and origin training includes fire
investigation classes from the National Fire Academy. Plus
advanced fire investigation classes from the Washington
State and International Chapters of the International Association
of Arson Investigators. Dave is a member of the Tri County
Fire Investigation Task Force in Region 8 (Washington State).
Lionel Greenwood, Insurance Consultant. Lionel
has been in the Insurance Industry for over 30 years as
a Manager, and Supervisor with a top 10 National Casualty
Insuror, and as part Owner plus Officer of one of this areas
largest Insurance Brokerage Companies. Lionel's specialty
is his extensive knowledge of complex Insurance contracts,
coverage, and world wide insurance markets. Lionel evaluates
Bad Faith, and Errors / Ommissions cases. He will also consult
with commercial business owner's as to their insurance needs.
Paul Greif, PI
- Private Investigator. Paul is
a Vietnam Combat Veteran. Paul was educated at Gonzaga University,
and also has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree
in Marketing plus a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern
Washington University. He has been a long time Spokane business
owner. Paul is a Licensed Private Investigator. He specializes
in general plus insurance investigations, people locating,
surveillance, and custodial child recovery.
Bob Ward AIC, GCA, FCLA -
Insurance Claims Investigator/Adjuster. Bob has a
BA in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University.
He has worked in the insurance claims industry as a claims
investigator, adjuster and property specialist for over
35 years. Bob has had extensive industry training and holds
these designations: Associate in Claims, Graduate of
Claims Administration, and Fraud Claims Law Associate.
He started with one of the largest independent adjusting
companies in the nation, and just retired from one of the
largest national property and casualty companies as a senior
general adjuster handling large loss liability claims.
Jerry
Kirkwood - Work Comp and OSHA Accident Specialist.
Jerry has 42 years of experience in the Electric and Natural
Gas Industry while working for this areas largest Electric
and Gas Utility. He has been an electric Journyman Lineman,
Serviceman, and Foreman. Jerry was Safety Coordinator, Administrator,
and Manager of that utility's Safety and Health Department.
Jerry conducts investigations involving employee accidents,
workers comp claims, and OSHA citations. Jerry has been
actively involved in regulation development of State and
Federal safety codes, through state committees, and the
Edison Electric Institute.
Jerry is past President of the Association of Washington
Business (AWB). Since 1995, Jerry has conducted independant
accident investigations in MT, OR, ID, CA, and Utah. Jerry
has extensive litigation case experience.
Jeff Fortin - PI. Jeff is a licensed private
investigator with over 20-years HAZMAT, Accident & Injury
investigation experience spanning industrial, manufacturing,
plating and anodizing, automotive, and construction, and
law enforcement industries. Jeff is a former registered
environmental assessor with the State of California, past
certified safety professional within the California Trucking
Association. As well, being a former fire-fighter for the
San Bernardino County Fire Department (paid-call volunteer),
and a former Emergency Medical Technician. As a business
executive has a wealth of knowledge in risk management and
loss control experience for self-insured incident investigations,
damage claims investigation, and a full array of corporate
risk management services and loss control. Provides assessments,
investigations, reviews for corporate clients. Jeff also
has extensive government experience from technical and administrative
services for a number of county, regional and local governmental
agencies since 1983 within California. Jeff is retired US
Military (reserves), serving as 2LT, Military Police, United
States Army, to include the California Army National Guard,
and United States Air Force, and is a graduate of the California
Military Academy.

Scrivner CFEI RPA ARM PI,
is a licensed investigator with over 36 years of Fire, Accident,
& Injury investigation experience. John has a BA from Gonzaga
University. He is a Certified Fire & Explosion Investigator,
Licensed Private Investigator, Registered Professional Adjuster,
and has an Associate of Risk Management designation. He
is past President of the Spokane Adjuster's Association,
and past Officer of the Mt. Spokane Ski Patrol. Current
Regional Director of WALI.
